Jelly Experiment

We wanted to find out what would happen if we made jelly with hot water and jelly with cold water.

We made predictions about what we thought would happen. 

Some of us thought they would stay as a liquid and some of us thought they would turn into a wobbly solid.

The jelly made with hot water went from a liquid to a solid after it had been in the fridge. It was all wobbly.

 The jelly made with cold water stayed as a liquid. It did not turn into a solid.
